Indeed most people especially those who identified some of the principal
characters in the movie could not fathom why their own kith and kin
could engage in such abominable venture.
Despite the huge anger and protestations, the producers of the
movie, Wakiki Entertainment have released part 2, which is being sold
especially amongst the Ghanaian community abroad. Some are also believed
to be available in some shops in Ghana. The pó’rn was done in the form
of a local twi movie with cast, crew and producers all coming from
Ghana.
Sound tracks for the movie had songs from artistes
including Lumba, Ofori Amponsah, K.K Fosu and others. The principal
characters include two males, Wapipi Jay and K. Bonsu whiles their
female partners are Adjoa, Akosua, Fatima and others.
Although
the movie was purported to have been shot on locations in New York and
Los Angeles, the appearance of the rooms used looked like hostels in
Ghana.

A 24-year-old lady, now in police net, has explained while she
stabbed her fiancé, Edet Ebong, to death with a kitchen knife. The lady,
identified as Blessing Edet, told our correspondent that the quarrel
and subsequent fight which led to Ebong's death was over sex.
Blessing, residing at Ogombo village, Lekki in Eti-Osa Local
Government Area of Lagos State, said Ebong got angry and pounced on her
after she refused him sex. Recalling the fateful incident of August 18,
she said: "We lay down to sleep and he started making advances on me for
sex. I told him I had a hectic day and was tired. He flared up and
started beating me.
"He broke the standing mirror in the room and injured me above my
left eye with the broken glass. In defence, I ran to pick up the kitchen
knife I had used while preparing 'Indomie' noodles for him. I
mistakenly stabbed him in the stomach." Rather than look for ways to
stem the blood flowing out from his stomach, Ebong allegedly continued
to chase his lover round the room until he became too weak.
Blessing recounted: "After stabbing him, the fight continued. He went
under the bed, brought out a cutlass and said he was going to kill me.
It was at this point that my younger brother who had been trying to stop
us, but to no avail, rushed out to call neighbours. "My landlord heard
the shout and rushed into our room. He saw Edet bleeding while I was
holding a knife. He alerted the police and Edet was rushed to the
hospital. Unfortunately he died two days after." The love birds had been
engaged for the past 18 months and were at the verge of finalising
their marriage plans when the tragedy occurred.
The late Ebong, an employee of Akwa Ibom State Transport Company
(AKTC), had returned to home around 11pm on that fateful day. Blessing,
who described herself as an orphan, added: "Edet was my fiancé. We have
been in a relationship for about 18 months now. However, six months ago,
he had trouble with his accommodation; so I told him to move in with me
since we were already engaged.
"We have never had a misunderstanding before. But on that fateful
day, I had just returned from the day's business and was resting when he
came in. Edet came in drunk. He requested I prepare 'Indomie' noodles
for him, which I did. "After eating, he asked me of the engagement ring
he had given to me. I told him it was on the table.
This was before he started beating me. Sincerely, I stabbed
unintentionally, even while he was in the hospital, I prayed he would
survive. I don't know what came over him that day. We had good plans for
the future.
He was not just a lover but also a brother." Blessing said that she
started living alone four years ago, after her aunt told her that her
presence in her home was making her husband uncomfortable. The woman
assisted Blessing and her kid brother to secure a room apartment. It was
this home that Ebong later came to join her. When contacted, the state
Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Patricia Amadin, said she
was still trying to access the full details of the incident at press
time. But a resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said: "It was
around 12am and 1am when they started fighting.
They were disturbing the peace of the entire village. I heard the
argument. It was about noddle which Blessing's boyfriend, Obong, asked
her to prepare. She prepared it without adding 'Sardine' which he had
requested.
"The argument led to a fight. Blessing later stabbed Obong. She
shouted 'I will stab you with knife'. And that was what she did. She
ripped open the man's stomach." Another resident said: "The two friends
are from Akwa Ibom State. But Blessing, who is a prostitute, rented a
room in this village. Then, she started bearing Amaka. She has no other
work than to be sleeping with men and clubbing."
The resident added that a few months ago, the two lovers had a
quarrel which made Blessing to throw out Obong's belongings from her
room. According to her, it was when Blessing could not cope again that
she mended fence with Edet.

It's a common tradition in Swaziland, King Mswati reportedly tested girls virginity before choosing a wife for himself. This isn't the first time this controversial issue is making it into the news.
It has been a long time tradition in Swaziland, that King Mswati reportedly tested girls virginity before choosing a wife for himself. In 2012, Dailymail reported that Coverless virgins were paraded in front of the Swazi King, to celebrate chastity and unity.
Now, photos have been released showing under aged girls being publicly checked to ascertain that their virginity was still intact. All this was done in a bid to help King Mswati choose another wife. Many consider this babaric and archaic, but it seems to be a tradition the people willingly live by
Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike has sensationally told Fenerbache coach Vitor Pereira that he is a Muslim.
Emenike failed to join the squad up for breakfast on Saturday, prompting
the Portuguese to probe his absence on why he didn’t join up with the
squad in the morning: “I’m fasting,”
Emenike reportedly told the coach according to Turkish daily Fanatik.
Pereira however replied: “You’re not a Muslim,” insisting that Emenike is a Christian.
But in the response, the former Spartak Moscow player did not back down.
“I became a Muslim, I am a Muslim,” he continued to claim.
Emenike is yet to feature for Fenerbache in their two pre-season games so far.
Hearing the story of kidnapped people for ritual purposes or for a
ransom is disturbing and many just thank God it isn't them and pray
against it.
The truth however is that with dangerous elements that carry out these
dastardly acts roaming freely amongst us, everyone is at risk. Here is
the story of a young man, Timothy Lawani, 25, a trader at Suleja
roundabout area, who was kidnapped for ritual purpose but survived the
ordeal.
Lawani, in an interview with LEADERSHIP Weekend, said it was God that
saved him after he was kidnapped, tied up and was to be sacrificed in
Kano.
The incident happened at about 4am on January 14, 2015. Lawani went
outside his family house at Old Barracks, Suleja to ease himself, when
suddenly he heard someone call his name.
Walking towards a red Volkswagen Golf parked behind his house, he was
surprised to see an old friend, Friday, comfortably seated in the car
beckoning on him with two hefty men.
Narrating his story, Lawani said, "In my confused state, I greeted them.
One of them held me and the other sprayed a powder on my face.
That was the last thing I could remember. I later saw myself in a very large hall with other young men who were tied up.
The kidnappers kept bringing other people to join us.
Sometimes, they even offered us food to eat which we all refused. They then said, whether we ate or not, we would die after all.
"After two days, we were made to put on white apparels and join a
queue. I noticed that anyone who goes out never comes back; I was so
scared.
When it was my turn, I went outside, saw a large pool of water like
swimming pool and a man standing by the side chanting incantations.
He later ordered the guards to take me inside that they were not in need of someone like me."
Continuing, Lawani said, "In my presence, the man called on Friday
who came about 40 minutes later. After telling him that I was not
acceptable for their rituals, Friday started flogging me mercilessly.
He then ordered the men to take me out, but not before the ritualist
got angry, and ordered the hefty men to bring Friday for sacrifice in my
place.
I heard him beg them to give him just 30 minutes to enable him bring another person, but the man said there was no time.
"With Friday's hands and legs tied, the man began chanting incantations
again. This time, I saw crocodiles coming out of the water.
Friday was then thrown inside, the reptiles feasted on him. I was not
myself because of the sight of blood and how such large reptiles ate up a
whole human being.
The man later ordered the men to throw me out, that I was useless to them.
They sprayed a powder on my face again and I became unconscious.''
On how he got back to his senses, Lawani recalled that he was
sheltered by a Hausa man who saw him wandering in Gomoja area of Kano
State.
After prayers were offered for him for about three days, he regained consciousness but could not speak.
It was then he wrote down his father's phone number which he easily
remembered and with which they used to reach his family, that had been
searching frantically for him.
LEADERSHIP Weekend later learnt from his elder brother, Theophilus
Lawani, that his friend sold him to the kidnappers for N150,000.
Theophilus further revealed that before the Hausa man called them from
Kano, Lawani's friend sent them several messages, telling them to
forgive him for selling his friend.
"Even before we got the text from Friday, we reported the case at A
division Police Station in Suleja, but the Policemen demanded the sum of
N70,000 in order to start investigation.
Since we do not have such amount, we resorted to prayers, and God
answered us. We have decided to take my brother for further prayers in
Kaduna," Theophilus stated.
All efforts by LEADERSHIP Weekend to speak with the Divisional Police
Officer (DPO) of A Division was futile as it was referred to the Public
Relations Officer (PRO) at the headquarters in Minna.
Meanwhile, a Police officer who pleaded anonymity, said there have been
several incidents of kidnapping within and outside the state, but the
police have tried to curtail the rate by investigating and arresting
suspects.
Giving tips on how people could prevent themselves from being kidnapped,
he said, "People need to be wary anywhere they are. An isolated target
is easier to pick up.
It is better for people to be strengthened by being in groups.
Hostage takers would have to work harder to kidnap members of a group
than to kidnap an individual. People should also try to promptly report
any kidnap case around them to the nearest police station."
According to a security expert, Bashir Wole, people should be very cautious whenever they come in contact with any stranger.
"People ought to become more alert and discerning to protect themselves from being kidnapped.
Government also needs to do more in terms of detecting, arresting and
punishing kidnappers, such that the severity of the punishment would
deter others from engaging in such.
"There must be enforcement and punishment that can deter people from
going into kidnapping. If people are punished, maybe by capital
punishment, others would conclude that it is not worth it.
The criminal justice system must work. The reason kidnapping is
lucrative in Nigeria is impunity; people think they can do it and get
away with the crime.
The fear of the grievous punishment should be such that will keep people from further committing the crime."
The general public is advised to heed to advice from security experts
and the Police by being alert and security conscious to avoid timothy's
experience.
We should all learn to be security conscious wherever we goes.
The guy you see above was once a girl. The 35 year old transgender who now goes by the name Shawn Stinson, was born Shawna and is originally from Illinois but now lives in Atlanta. According to him, in 2008, after feeling weird and knowing something wasn't right and still being unaware of what a transman was, he went to a surgeon who had never done Female To Male Top surgery before and said, "This is what I want.
I have the money just do it".

Nothing happened in 2008. Then in 2010, while watching a special on TV about a transgender man, he realized that he was not the only one. It was at that point, he came to understand and was able to put a name to what he was, a transgender man. Once he realized this, he began medically transitioning by starting hormone therapy. This is what she looks like these days.

I got this shocking email from a reader some minutes ago. It goes like this
Hello Admin, An unknown UNN female student was allegedly trying to do a quickie on herself in the absence of her roomies but with a cucumber. In the course of the action, the fruit broke and stuck inside her private part. She cried out and was rushed to the medical centre as she started bleeding profusely. The doctors demanded that she must contact her parents before a surgery would be done to remove it, but she ran away... She is still at large. I wonder where the boys are.
